Annaprasada

Every pilgrim, who enter Sri Kshetra Seebi to seek the blessings of Lord Narasimha, is offered free food on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Every pilgrim is a welcome guest irrespective of caste, creed, culture or status.

The Anna Prasada Seva was started by the family of the Dharmakartha on the auspicious day of Ugadi in the year 2005 to serve the devotees on weekends. It has now been extended to Friday as well. It has been thoroughly managed by the family authorities for the last one and a half decade and still going strong.

The Anna Prasada Seva has grown over the years with the continuous support of the family authorities of the temple. It has an exclusive building, kitchen and serving/dining place where devotees who visit the temple can relish the prasada of Lord Narasimha.

The pilgrims are served with meals on Friday, Saturday and Sundays of every week. The kitchen is self-sufficient in every form; from the raw materials to the bio-gas fire and the organic plantain leaf plates used to serve the food.

The Anna Prasada Seva will be extended to all days of the week shortly once the infrastructure has been set up. The Family authorities are striving hard to make this happen in the near future.
